Health & Safety Update

In response to Covid-19, we have implemented the following precautionary measures, in accordance of the Center for Disease Control (CBC) and local Miami-Dade County health authorities. We use cleaning products such as Ecolab and Proctor & Gamble that are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens.

What You Can Expect During Your Stay

Arrival:  Valet parking is available. Upon check-in, hand sanitizer stations are provided for your convenience.

Room Accommodations:  Strict sanitizing protocols are used to clean guest rooms daily, with an emphasis on high-contact surfaces. All linens are cleaned and sanitized in high-temperature wash.

Restaurants:  In accordance with the most recent guidelines from Miami-Dade County, all indoor and outdoor dining are open.

Pool & Beach: Pool and beach lounges are available and cleaned between each use.

Esencia Wellness Spa: Esencia has reopened its doors to safely welcome back guests for relaxation and wellness experiences, and is observing strict sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff. The group fitness center is also open 24 hours a day.

Departure: Contactless check-out is available.
