Pets That ROC

At Eden Roc Miami Beach, we know that vacations are better with your four-legged friends. Our Pets That Roc program welcomes dogs up to 50 lbs, ensuring they enjoy a luxurious stay just like you. From scenic oceanfront walks to cozy pet-friendly accommodations, your pup will feel right at home. Whether you’re lounging by the beach or exploring Miami, Eden Roc is the perfect getaway for you and your furry companion.

Pet Policy

Before checking in with your dog, please review the following policy:

• All guests traveling with a pet must present a valid credit card upon check-in.
• A cell phone number is required upon check-in so we may be able to contact you quickly if needed.
• As required by Miami-Dade County Law, dogs are to always be on a leash in public areas.
• Pets are limited to one (1) per room and cannot exceed 50lbs in weight.
• Dogs are the only type of pets allowed.
• We ask that you please pick up after your pet and properly dispose of waste.
• Pets are not allowed in any of the Food and Beverage outlets.
• Pets are not allowed inside the pool or pool areas including the Esencia Spa.
• Please notify the front desk any time you leave your pet unattended in your room.
• If a complaint is received from other guests regarding your pet making noise, you will be required to come and quiet your pet. If a second complaint is received, you will be asked to remove your pet from the hotel.
• Eden Roc staff is not permitted to watch your pet. If you need to be away from your pet for extended lengths of time, please contact the Concierge and they will assist with finding an appropriate boarding facility.
• Any damage to your room will be assessed by the General Manager, and additional charges will be placed on the credit card on file if required. Hotel Management reserves the right to revoke pet acceptance at any time at their discretion without advance notice.
• While pet is in the room/suite, it is required to be supervised by the guest or always in a crate. At the time when Housekeeping services are provided, the housekeepers will not service the room/suite if the dog is left unattended.

 

Designated Pet Walking & Relief Area

• Front Entrance – exit through front entrance, on the right adjacent to the property the public parking lot and sidewalk has multiple green areas.
• Exterior of the Building – exit through exterior of building, the boardwalk includes pet relief stations on every other entry to beach

Pet Fees

 

The $150 pet cleaning fee at Eden Roc Miami Beach ensures that guests can enjoy their stay with their furry companions while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This fee covers the additional cleaning required to ensure that the room is thoroughly sanitized and free of any pet-related odors or allergens, providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
